Since 1998, Kristin has been involved in physician billing, revenue cycle management (RCM), medical practice management consulting and insurance claims.
Kristin created SPS in 2010 after working with physician practices and facilities where she found billing and collections processes were lacking in efficiency and effectiveness.
Kristin has a proficiency for hands-on development of staff and streamlining of RCM workflows.
Brian has over 15 years of experience in revenue cycle management, medical practice consulting and marketing.
He has been an integral and valuable part of SPS since its inception, particularly in creating internal processes, training, compliance, software configuration and integration as well as provider relationship management.
Brian has a vast technical knowledge and expertise regarding carrier reimbursement and using technology to increase revenue.
